Our Promise

Every piece that leaves our forge is built to last. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Standard Products — 14-Day Returns

You may return any standard (non-customised) product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at info@kovacija.si with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalised Products

Products that are made to your specifications — including custom sizes, engravings, name plates, bespoke designs, and any personalised items — are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We recommend discussing all details carefully before placing a custom order. We are happy to answer any questions before production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photographs of the damage and the packaging
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice

If you discover a manufacturing defect after use, contact us. Our 5-year warranty covers structural failures and finish defects under normal use conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

• Credit/debit card: Refund appears within 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Refund appears within 3-5 business days
• Bank transfer: Refund appears within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
