Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer (SEPA). All online payments are processed securely. For bespoke orders, we invoice directly — deposit before we start, balance before we ship.

For custom and made-to-order items: yes, but only before the material has been cut and production has begun. Once we start, we cannot stop without wasting the materials already prepared. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Yes. Add your company name and VAT number at checkout, or contact us directly for corporate orders.

Yes. Every piece is forged in our workshop in Blejska Dobrava, Slovenia. We use a coal forge, a power hammer for heavy stock, and hand tools for everything else. Nothing is cast. Nothing comes from a factory. The slight variations between pieces are not defects — they are what handmade actually looks like.

Yes — visit our Bespoke page and submit your project. We work from sketches, photos, reference images, and measurements. We have been making one-off pieces for 35 years.

Outdoor pieces: sandblasted, hot-dip galvanized, and powder coated in matte black. Indoor pieces: sandblasted and powder coated. Patina finish available on request (copper, green, gold, or silver). Custom finishes available for bespoke orders.

Yes, on many memorial products. Enter the inscription in the Name Plate field on the product page. For custom text on other products, contact us.

Standard items: 2–4 weeks. Everything is made to order — we do not hold finished stock. Bespoke projects: depends on complexity, from a few weeks to several months.

We ship worldwide. EU orders over €150 ship free. For orders outside the EU, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. International freight for heavy ironwork can be significant.

Yes. Slovenia: full professional installation available. Wider Europe: installation can be arranged, travel costs apply. For simple installations, a local tradesman can complete the work with our instructions and fixings.

Standard products: 14-day return window, item must be unused, customer pays return shipping. Custom products: no returns unless the fault is ours. Damaged in shipping: report within 48 hours with photos.
