Europe — Free Shipping Above €150
All orders delivered within the European Union with a value of €150 or more are shipped free of charge.
For EU orders under €150, a shipping fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Europe. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Outside the EU — Quote Required
For all deliveries outside the European Union — including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, and all other non-EU destinations — shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically.
Ironwork is heavy. A grave cross can weigh 15–30 kilograms. International freight for large or heavy items can be significant, and costs vary widely depending on destination, carrier, and current rates. We believe in being upfront about this rather than surprising you at checkout.

Packaging
Every item is individually packaged for safe transit. Large ironwork pieces are packed in custom timber crates or heavy-duty reinforced boxes with internal bracing. Smaller items are bubble-wrapped and packed in double-walled cardboard boxes.
All orders are shipped with insurance against damage or loss in transit.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged import duties, customs fees, or local taxes by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are entirely your responsibility. We cannot predict or control these charges — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
